If you are exposed to hazardous chemicals:

 

-Remove any contaminated clothing and jewelry.

 

-Flush the affected area with cool water for at least 15 minutes.

 

-If the chemical is on your skin, use a mild soap to wash the area.

 

-If the chemical is in your eyes, flush them with cool water for at least 15 minutes.

 

-If you have ingested a hazardous chemical, drink plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately.

 

If you are exposed to radiation:

 

-Remove any contaminated clothing and jewelry.

 

-Wash the exposed area with cool water for at least 15 minutes.

 

-Seek medical attention immediately.

 

If you are exposed to extreme cold:

 

-Move to a warm area and remove any wet clothing.

 

-Wrap yourself in a blanket or warm clothing.

 

-Drink warm fluids and seek medical attention if necessary.

 

If you are exposed to extreme heat:

 

-Move to a cool area and remove any clothing that is not necessary.

 

-Drink plenty of fluids and seek medical attention if necessary.
